Invitation of Guests

1. Family and friends are invited to celebrate this momentous occasion with our graduands.
2. 2 eAdmission cards for your 2 guests, and the FormSG link to submit your 2 guests’ details will be sent to your NP Connect email by 11 Apr 2025. For graduands under the Continuing Education and Training Academy (CET Academy), 2 eAdmission cards for your 2 guests will be sent to your personal email address (as registered in STEP) by 11 Apr 2025.
3. Please inform your 2 guests to present the eAdmission cards (printed/electronic) for entry to the graduation ceremony.
4. Seating in the auditorium is on first-come-first-served basis.
5. As a courtesy to other guests, infants in arms and children below 6 years will not be admitted.
6. Please note that graduands will be seated separately from their guests. All graduands and their guests will be given opportunity for Photo-taking at the Foyer after the Graduation Ceremony.
7. Guests are strongly encouraged to arrive early to minimise disruptions to the Graduation Ceremony.
8. Guests are encouraged to take public transport to avoid traffic congestion and prevent being held up at the vehicle entry.
9. The designated drop off point for attendees of the event is located at Block 51 (Makan Place).

Venue

Graduation Ceremony 2025 will be held at Ngee Ann Polytechnic Convention Centre.
