Collection of Certificates
Graduands who are unable to attend the graduation ceremony can collect your diploma certificate and academic transcript within the following period:
- Collection Period: From 11 May to 31 July 2026
- Collection Venue: Student Services & Visitors Center (Block 1, Level 1)

| 3 August 2026 onwards | For Continuing Education and Training (CET) graduates, email CET_Exam@np.edu.sg with your full name, student ID and any necessary details for certificate retrieval. For Full-Time (FT) graduates, email npalumni@np.edu.sg with your full name, student ID and any required information for certificate retrieval. |
You are encouraged to collect your documents in person. However, if you are unable to do so, you may authorize a proxy to collect the documents on your behalf. Please ensure that the Authorisation Form is duly completed prior to booking an appointment with the Student Services & Visitors Centre (SSVC).
Proxy Collection - Required Documents
For verification purposes, your appointed representative is required to produce the following documents during collection:
- A duly completed Authorisation Letter
- A copy of your NRIC or NP Student Card
- The NRIC of your appointed representative
Note: The Polytechnic WILL NOT be liable for any damage to or loss of documents collected by a proxy.
Important Verification Notice
Please check your documents upon collection to ensure that all details (e.g. name, course) are printed correctly.
Any printing errors must be reported immediately to the Academic Affairs & Planning Office (Examination Section).
Appointment Booking (Effective 1 August 2026)
From 1 August 2026 onwards, all students are required to book an appointment via Microsoft Bookings before coming down to collect their documents.
