Direct Admissions Exercise

1. Can I apply?

You are a former polytechnic student who left without completing your diploma programme and is seeking re-admission to the polytechnic.

2. When to apply?

Apply via the Direct Admissions Exercise (DAE) Portal.
Application period is 14 January 2026, Wednesday to 19 January 2026, Monday 4:30pm.
Your supporting documents* should be uploaded to the DAE portal during the online application.

* Both sides of NRIC, academic results, NS ORD certificate or expected ORD date and relevant documents.

3. What happens next?

The outcome of your application will be released online through the DAE portal by 31 March 2026, Tuesday.
Former Polytechnic students who applied using qualifications other than GCE 'O' level should check their application outcome through the DAE portal by 17 Apr 2025, Thursday.
