Collection of documents
For your convenience, you may collect your replacement academic transcript and/or diploma at the Student Services & Visitor Centre (SSVC) Collection Kiosk when the campus is open.
Collection via SSVC Collection Kiosk
Upon receiving notification that your transcript/diploma is ready for collection, you will be able to use the QR Code sent to your email to collect it via the SSVC Collection Kiosk. Do approach our staff at the SSVC should you encounter any issue. If you are collecting the document after office hours, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to make alternative arrangements.
Note: If you do not see the email with QR code, please check your junk/spam folder.
Collection by proxyIf you are unable to collect the document in person, you may authorise a representative to collect it on your behalf by one of the following methods:
- Forward the QR code to the representative so he/she can make use of the SSVC Collection Kiosk for collection;
- Complete this Authorisation Letter. Please ensure that the NRIC numbers are correctly stated in the Authorisation Letter.
The representative making the collection will need to bring along ALL of the following items for verification at the SSVC Counter:
- Authorisation Letter that has been duly completed; and
- Original NRIC of the authorised representative; and
- Photocopy of your NRIC.
