Frequently Asked Questions

Graduands will receive their Graduation Package, which consists of a graduate notification letter and an infographic flyer (on the graduation schedule) by the 1st week of April.

A separate email will be sent to Graduands via NP Connect Email on the eAdmission Cards and Graduands are required to submit the guests’ details with the FormSG link given in the email.

Graduands who have not received their Graduation Package may write in to graduation@np.edu.sg to inform the organising committee. Graduands must produce their student cards in order to collect their packages. Each graduand is entitled to one package only.

Graduands may authorise their family/friends to collect the package on their behalf, however, the graduand's student card must be produced. Alternatively, graduands may view the information on this website

Permission has been obtained from the Central Manpower Base, Ministry of Defence for male graduands in NS to have time off to attend their graduation ceremony. This is however, subject to MINDEF's exigencies of services and training schedules.

Graduands may use the graduate notification letter enclosed in the Graduation Package to apply for leave of absence from MINDEF to attend their graduation ceremony.

You can use the graduate notification letter enclosed in the Graduation Package to apply for leave from MINDEF or your employer to attend the graduation ceremony.

An excuse letter for NS Servicemen can be obtained as you collect your diploma during the graduation ceremony. The letter will indicate the date and time that you have attended the graduation ceremony.

No, all graduands can only collect their diploma certificate and academic transcript during their graduation ceremony. For graduands who are unable to attend their graduation ceremony, they may collect them within the following period:

Collection Venue:

Official photographers will be present to take photos of every graduand ceremony. Each graduand will have 2 shots taken, one in full length and another in close up frontal shot.

A photo order voucher will be handed to all graduands as they proceed to the diploma collection area after receiving their graduation folder onstage. Graduands should follow the instructions given to place orders for their photos from the official photographer after the graduation ceremony. Graduands who have placed their orders will receive the photos via post 3-4 weeks after the graduation ceremony.

Due to limited seating capacity, each admission card admits 1 guest STRICTLY. All graduands are given 2 admission cards for the invitation of 2 guests. No additional admission cards will be provided.

Yes, there will be a live broadcast of all the graduation ceremonies and the public can view them on the internet via the NP Graduation 2024 website.

No set-ups are required, Visit the NP Graduation 2024 website at the date and time of the graduation ceremony and click on the live webcast button.
