Successful applicants from the admission exercises below can expect to receive your enrolment email on the dates listed. When it arrives, check the deadlines to accept your course offer and complete the steps to confirm your place in NP. Remember to look out for the email in your inbox - and also your spam/ junk folders just in case!

Note: Ensure your mobile number is registered with us to receive the OTP via SMS. If you’ve updated your mobile number, just email your Name, NRIC, and your new mobile number to enrol@np.edu.sg.

How to Accept:

  1. Follow this guide to set up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for secure access.
  2. Log in to My Enrolment with your NP Email Address and Password.
  3. Go to Course Reg. & Fees Payment.
  4. Verify your Course Offer and Click ‘Accept’ on Course Offer & Acceptance page.
  5. Complete all registration sections (up to 9 sections) to confirm your course enrolment. 
Can't finish? Click ‘Save as draft’ and return later.

Provide details of your Parents, Guardian, Emergency Contact and Contact Person for Fee Matters.

SEN and Health Declaration

  • Inform us if you have any mental health condition(s).
  • Indicate if you have any Special Educational Needs (SEN) condition(s).
  • Indicate if you have any other condition(s).

Declaration for NIEC course (for selected courses only)

  • Determine your eligibility by declaring your previous pre-university details.

Ensure your photo is uploaded promptly, as any delays may impact the processing of your NP Student Card and Diploma Student Concession Card (if you are applying for one).

What do I need to upload?

Before you upload, you need a digital photograph that meets the following guidelines:

  • A recent colour photo of yourself (your entire head and shoulders must be visible, and you should be facing directly towards the camera);
  • In colour taken against plain background without shadows;
  • In JPEG format (‘jpg’ extension);
  • File size should be no more than 150 Kbytes;
  • Dimension of the photo image has to be 215 by 281 pixels

How do I upload?

  1. Log in to My Enrolment.
  2. Go to Photo Upload.
  3. Click ‘Browse for Photo’ to select the photo you want to upload, then click ‘Upload’ to preview it.
    • To upload a different photo, click ‘Delete Photo,’ then ‘Browse for Photo’ again.
  4. Check the name that will appear on your Student Card, and click ‘Save’ to complete the process. Please note, you won’t be able to make any changes to the photo after submitting.

Note: If your photo doesn’t meet the guidelines, you’ll get a notification via your NP Connect email to re-upload it.

When do I upload?

You must upload your photograph by the course registration deadline stated in your 'Acceptance of offer' letter.

Having problems uploading?

If you experience problems uploading your photo, email to enrol@np.edu.sg and we will advise you accordingly.


Student Card

  • If you have uploaded a photo that meets the guidelines (209 KB), your NP student card will be sent to your local mailing address in April.
  • No local mailing address? Look out for an email from us with further instructions.

Retrieve the e-fee voucher via My Enrolment for the fees payable.

What fees do I pay?
The fees that you pay depend on your citizenship status when you commence your course, and the courses in which you enrol.

You can learn more about the fees you need to pay here.

To see your fee details, log in to My Enrolment, go to 'Course Reg. & Fees Payment', then select 'Fees Payment', and click ‘View Fee Voucher.’

Choose the amount to pay (See example fee voucher below):

Please allow up to 3-5 working days for your payment to be processed.

Do I still need to pay fees if I apply for GIRO or Financial Assistance?
Yes, you’ll need to pay OTHER fees which is stated on the fee voucher during enrolment to confirm your course acceptance. The Financial Assistance schemes may not cover everything right away. Any remaining fees for the first semester and beyond will either be deducted through GIRO or covered by Financial Assistance.

How, where and when do I pay?

What You Need
  1. A mobile device or a computer with Internet access
  2. Preferred mobile banking app installed in mobile device for PayNow
  3. Set up your PayNow account by linking your mobile number and/or NRIC/FIN to the bank account
  4. The maximum limit for PayNow transfers is the same as of your daily local transfer limit. Ensure the maximum limit for PayNow is sufficient to make payment
  5. A valid Internet banking account with participating banks such as Citibank, DBS/POSB, HSBC, Maybank, OCBC, Standard Chartered, UOB
  6. A valid Master / Visa Credit or Debit Card
  7. NP Email Address and Password as stated in the 'Acceptance of offer' letter

How & When to Pay

Kindly ensure your fees are paid by the deadline stated in your Acceptance of Offer Letter and Fee Voucher using one of the two Payment methods - (ensuring a secure and protected transaction process)


a) Via PayNow QR Code   or
b) Debit / Credit Card 

  1. Login to My Enrolment.
  2. Go to Course Registration & Fees Payment > Fees Payment and click 'Proceed with Payment'.
  3. Payment Options – please select payment amount and then click the payment method.
  4. Payment Methods – please select one PayNow QR Code or Debit/Credit Card.

  5. PayNow QR Code 
    • Scan the PayNow QR code using your banking app.
    • Follow the on-screen instructions to pay.
    • Take note of the payment reference as proof of payment.
    • Please note that it may take up to 3-5 working days for the payment to be updated in the student account.

    Debit/Credit Card
    • Select the Mastercard/Visa.
    • Follow the on-screen instructions to pay.
    • Enter the card details.
    • Take note of the payment reference as proof of payment.
    • Please note that it may take up to 3-5 working days for the payment to be updated in the student account.

When and How to apply for Financial Schemes?
Check your NP connect email between March to April for information on how to apply for financial schemes (PSEA, Mendaki, CPF or MOE Tuition Fee Loan).

You may apply for one or more of the following financial schemes. Please see here for more details.

  • MENDAKI Tertiary Tuition Fee Subsidy for Malay Students
  • SkillsFuture Credit – only for students aged 25 and above
  • Post-Secondary Education Account (PSEA) Scheme
  • CPF Education Loan Scheme
  • MOE Tuition Fee Loan

All schemes listed may be used to pay for full-time diploma tuition fees. However, they do not cover other fees payable in the first semester of each academic year (except the PSEA scheme). The approved scheme(s) will be effective throughout your course of study at NP unless you revoke them in writing, or there is insufficient fund balance.

We will notify you in mid-June if there are any balance fees payable after processing the various financial schemes.

Are you a PFP student?*
You’re only eligible to apply for Post-Secondary Education Account (PSEA). Financial schemes listed do not apply to you.

Permanent Residents and International students
You must submit the Tuition Grant deed with MOE before applying for financial schemes. Students eligible for the MOE Tuition Grant are required to attend a briefing in April to find out more. Applications will commence in May. More information will be sent to your NP connect email nearer the date.

Want to be considered for a bursary (MOE-Financial Assistance Scheme)?
Indicate this at the ‘Fees Payment’ page. Details about the process will be sent to your NP connect email when the application opens.

Form 1: Application for GIRO Deduction (COMPULSORY)

For paying future semester fees

Why you need this:

  • Automatically deducts fees from your or your parent’s/guardian’s savings or current account
  • Required and it’s essential for future semester even if you paid first semester in full or applying for financial aid, like the CPF Education Loan Scheme, Post-Secondary Education Account (PSEA) Scheme, MOE Tuition Fee Loan, or Mendaki Tuition Fee Subsidy
  • Covers any remaining fees not covered by financial aid

How to apply:

  • POSB/DBS/OCBC account holder: Submit the Application for GIRO Deduction (Direct Debit Authorisation - DDA) online via My Enrolment. This will simplify the process, and you'll no longer need to submit a hard copy to the Finance office.
  • Not a POSB / DBS / OCBC account holder: Complete the Application for GIRO Deduction (Direct Debit Authorisation - DDA) online via My Enrolment, print the completed form and mail to Finance Office – GIRO Application, 535 Clementi Road Singapore 599489.

Heads-up! Fee vouchers for future semesters won’t be mailed out. Instead, you’ll get an email in your NP Connect Mail about the GIRO deduction date and can check your fee voucher online through NPal Student Self-Service.



Form 2: GIRO Direct Credit Application (COMPULSORY)

For receiving payments from NP

This account is used for payments we may make to you such as:

  1. Allowances for NP Overseas Programmes
  2. Student Claims
  3. Scholarships / Bursaries / Awards
  4. Other Payments

To submit your GIRO Direct Credit Application, simply follow the step-by-step guide.

Here’s what you need to do to make sure your application is successful:

  1. The bank account must be in the student’s name.
  2. Set up PayNow on your bank portal and link it to your NRIC.
  3. Once that’s done, make sure to check the box in your application via My Enrolment to confirm it.

Who needs to take the examination?
To make sure you're fit for the course, you'll need to undergo a medical examination if you're enrolling in any of these courses:
