Henry Koh is a Senior Lecturer at Ngee Ann Polytechnic's School of Business & Accountancy. With extensive experience in sales and marketing, he brings real-world insights and a hands-on approach to his teaching. Beyond academia, Henry actively provides training and consultancy services to various organisations, focusing on communication strategies and digital transformation. Known for his interactive sessions, he has delivered impactful training on communication, persuasion, and influence, and currently leads programs on business persuasion and change management, helping professionals navigate today's rapidly evolving business landscape.

Henry's recent speaking engagements include being a featured speaker at Tech Week Singapore in October 2024, where he delivered a session titled "Nudging: Subtle Shift for Significant Swing."

Sherry is a behavioural innovation leader with deep expertise in behavioural science, AI integration, and human-centred design. She has led award-winning teams, built Centres of Excellence, and delivered large-scale programmes across health, sustainability, and digital transformation, including AI-personalised interventions that reached over 100,000 families. With a track record of driving measurable outcomes for global brands and public agencies alike, she blends behavioural design, data intelligence, and strategy to unlock growth, engagement, and lasting impact. An ACLP-certified trainer, she is passionate about equipping professionals with the tools to apply behavioural science confidently to real-world challenges.

Jeremiah is a former EY Design Strategist who specialises in blending behavioural insights, design thinking, and business consulting to address complex organisational challenges. He has designed behavioural and mindset shift programmes, worked with leaders across industries on strategic initiatives, and spearheaded EY Singapores first GenAI Immersion Lab. Beyond the corporate space, he has delivered design-led outcomes in the public and SME sectors, enabling organisations to reimagine services, boost productivity, and build resilience. Today, he is committed to making behavioural science accessible and impactful for both businesses and learners.

Adrian is Managing Director of Acerpacer Consulting and a seasoned leadership coach who has worked with nearly 1,000 of Bhutan’s top leaders through his role at RIGSS and His Majesty’s Secretariat. Formerly Chief Psychologist at the SAF Centre for Leadership Development, he specialises in leadership diagnostics, psychometrics, and purposeful leadership development. A published researcher and certified practitioner in MBTI and FIRO-B, Adrian also runs free leadership clinics and writes at adriansays.com.

Serene is a behavioural scientist with extensive experience applying behavioural insights to complex policy and organisational challenges across Southeast Asia. As Director of Behavioural Insights Team (Singapore), she has led high-impact projects in public health, employment, and civic behaviour, while training over 5,000 professionals across sectors. Her work is frequently featured in regional media for its practical impact and thought leadership. At BaND, Serene will play a key role in shaping our AI-powered behavioural insights coach and providing strategic advisory on complex industry projects.
