Henry Koh is a Senior Lecturer at Ngee Ann Polytechnic's School of Business & Accountancy. With extensive experience in sales and marketing, he brings real-world insights and a hands-on approach to his teaching. Beyond academia, Henry actively provides training and consultancy services to various organisations, focusing on communication strategies and digital transformation. Known for his interactive sessions, he has delivered impactful training on communication, persuasion, and influence, and currently leads programs on business persuasion and change management, helping professionals navigate today's rapidly evolving business landscape. Henry's recent speaking engagements include being a featured speaker at Tech Week Singapore in October 2024, where he delivered a session titled "Nudging: Subtle Shift for Significant Swing."

With a track record of driving measurable outcomes for global brands and public agencies alike, she blends behavioural design, data intelligence, and strategy to unlock growth, engagement, and lasting impact. An ACLP-certified trainer, she is passionate about equipping professionals with the tools to apply behavioural science confidently to real-world challenges.

He has designed behavioural and mindset shift programmes, worked with leaders across industries on strategic initiatives, and spearheaded EY Singapores first GenAI Immersion Lab. Beyond the corporate space, he has delivered design-led outcomes in the public and SME sectors, enabling organisations to reimagine services, boost productivity, and build resilience. Today, he is committed to making behavioural science accessible and impactful for both businesses and learners.
