both in Singapore and the Southeast Asia region.
Fostering Copilot Adoption at Local Bank
We design a Copilot Learning Resource Sharepoint Site and deployed a series of nudges to improve Copilot knowledge and overall GenAI-driven productivity for 10,000 local bank employees. Our nudges helped to deliver a 9x increase in the average monthly attendance rate for Copilot-related trainings.
Driving App Engagement for Health Agency
We enhanced a GenAI parenting chatbot, using behavioural insights and nudges to help families build and sustain healthier habits (Eat Well, Exercise Well, Sleep Well, Learn Well). This has translated into 117,000 healthier families, aligned with Grow Well SG and national health priorities.
Encouraging Recycling at Centre for Environmental Sustainability (CfES)
We proposed a behavioural systems-level redesign that would engage 13,000 students and enable over 195,000 weekly recycling actions by removing friction, implementing choice architecture, and embedding sustainable habits, to advance the centre's sustainability goals.
