Ngee Ann Polytechnic’s journey to becoming a Data Empowered Organization started in 2015. The use of a self-service data anaytics tool, Tableau, is widely used by academic schools to derive deeper insights into student performance. NP’s Finance department also uses Tableau to prepare customised interactive reports for each school and department at a fraction of time typically used in the past.
