Ngee Ann Kongsi donates $11.6 million to help Ngee Ann Polytechnic develop various student programmes

Synopsis: Ngee Ann Polytechnic issued a press release stating that $2 million will be used for the education fund to support the educational development of NP students through awards, bursaries and financial aid to develop a variety of student programmes. The remaining amount will go into an endowment fund, the investment income from which will be channeled partially back to the education fund and partially to fund NP’s operations. The ceremony was attended by Minister of State for Education of Singapore, Gan Siow Huang.
