OCBC Bank and NP have co-designed the Technology Young Talent Programme to provide a curated internship experience for students, as well as to enhance the bank’s technology bench strength. The one-year duration will enable students to understand the financial industry while practising their tech skills, preparing them for future employment. Mr Lim Kok Kiang, Principal & CEO of NP, said, “In the rapidly-evolving technology sector, the fastest way to pick up the latest skills is for learners to be immersed in industry. With this industry-in-curriculum pathway that we are pioneering with OCBC, students will have an earlier start and a longer runway to deepen their core skills and explore the latest web technologies in real-world settings.”
