Joining the traineeship programme to improve skills

When the Covid-19 pandemic hit Singapore a few months before Ms. Sarah Kamsani graduated from Ngee Ann Polytechnic (NP) last April, it did not make her panic to get a job right away. She focused on improving skills at SG United Training programme (SGUT). Ms. Sarah said, the training program focuses on HR tasks that are more based on employee welfare such as offering training opportunities - something she has been very interested in since Polytechnic.
