Searching the Catalogue
Search for our physical collections using our online catalogue.
Simply type in any keyword (e.g. Title, Author, Subject, etc).
You may filter your search results by type of material (e.g. Lifestyle magazines, Media, etc) or Attribute (e.g. Author, Title, ISBN, etc).
You can also do an Advanced Search for results that contain specific phrases.
Locate Item on Shelf
Search results in the Catalogue may indicate several copies of the same title.
If an item is borrowed by another patron, its ‘Status’ will indicate its due date.
If an item is available on the shelf, its ‘Status’ will indicate what collection it belongs to (e.g. Academic Books, Lifestyle Books, etc). Simply proceed to its corresponding location (Level 2, 3, 4 or 5) and take note of its Call Number to locate the shelf it is on.
Note: Any item under ‘Recommended Resource’ collection is for in-house reference within library premises only and cannot be loaned out.
If you’re unable to find the item on the shelf, you may raise a reservation request for the item by clicking the ‘Place Hold’ button and our library staff will attempt to locate the item within 3 working days. If the item is successfully found, you will receive an email to collect it at the Library GO Kiosk. Learn more about Loans and Reservations.
