Welcome to the School of Humanities and Interdisciplinary Studies (HMIS)!
We're thrilled to have you with us. Attendance at the HMIS Freshmen Orientation Programme (FOP) is mandatory and is designed to help you settle into polytechnic life. The programme includes inter–diploma bonding activities, campus tours, academic briefings, and an introduction to HMIS co-curricular activities. Get ready to meet your seniors and lecturers as you prepare for an enriching experience at HMIS.

FAQ
If you feel unwell during the orientation, inform your FOP student leader immediately. If you feel unwell before the orientation, please stay at home or seek medical attention.
You should have received your Director to Freshmen letter in your enrolment package, which has a telegram channel link to join where updates and information for HMIS FOP2026 will be shared.
