Peter is a senior academic manager with the Ngee Ann Polytechnic (NP), School of Interdisciplinary Studies. He teaches personal development, neuro-linguistic programming, effective negotiation skills, creativity, design thinking, and innovation skills. Besides teaching, he is also engaged by organisations to provide training and consultancy services both locally and internationally. In addition, Peter is an associate trainer/facilitator with a few training and consultancy companies.
Before joining NP, Peter was a professional facilitator and trainer with more than 20 years of training and facilitation experience. He has conducted training in a diverse range of soft skill programmes such as leadership, teambuilding, emotional intelligence, mediation and behavioural profiling tools. His interest is in helping people discover and develop their potential to the fullest.
