Why is this course for you?

It covers the Code of Ethics and Professional Client Care (CEPCC) topics for Real Estate Salesperson (RES) professional practice stipulated by the Council of Estate Agencies​ (​CEA). 2 CPD   credits under Professional Competencies will be awarded upon successful completion (Required to answer 80% of the assessment questions correctly. Multiple attempts allowed.).

You will relearn about your legal obligations towards your clients. Lessons are highly practical and relevant, based on case studies adapted from disciplinary cases handled by CEA against errant RES.
