Brekkie on NP!

Absolutely! The specially-curated menu is for the entire NP community to enjoy for free as part of our NP60 celebrations.
There are 3 stations to choose from: Block 1 Atrium, Outside LT 76, and LT 58 Foyer.
Yes, all stations will have the same menu. You only need to visit one station.
The stations will be open from 8.00 to 11.30 am. However, please come earlier to avoid disappointment as food is while stocks last.
There is no registration needed. However, we encourage everyone to indicate your interest here so that we can estimate the number of people coming for crowd management and to avoid food wastage. However, even if you do not indicate your interest, you can still join the queue on the day and enjoy the free breakfast, while stocks last!
To give all staff and students an opportunity to enjoy the free breakfast, please collect only for yourself. We may allow for group collection if there are sufficient stocks. Please check on the day itself.
The portion served for each menu item is sufficient for one person, on average. You can collect more than one set if you are able to finish consuming the food before the expiration time, which will be time-stamped on the packaging. Please do not collect more food than you can actually consume to avoid food wastage. This way, more people can enjoy the free breakfast.
Yes, please flash your Student ID / Staff pass before collecting your food. There is no need to scan.
We regret that there will be no reservations allowed. Please join the queue to collect your food. For your convenience and to reduce queueing time, there are three stations across campus for you to choose from. Food will be served until 11.30am, while stocks last.
Coffee and tea will be available, while stocks last.

Tree Planting

Please come in comfortable clothing and covered shoes with good traction. We suggest wearing sunblock and a hat to shield you from the sun as well.
Yes, we invite all participants to assemble at the Student Plaza (located behind the NP bus stop), rain or shine. If the rain subsides within a reasonable time, tree planting will continue as planned. If wet weather persists, the tree planting activities will be cancelled. In such case, participants can collect snack boxes and drinks at the NP Convention Centre basement study zone (outside area with the faux grass turf) from 10am onwards.
No, there will not be. If there is inclement weather on 24 May and the event is cancelled, the 60 trees will be planted by our gardeners on other days.
An announcement will be made at the assembly area (Student Plaza) if the organiser decides to cancel the activity due to wet weather.
You should follow safety guidelines provided by staff on-site, such as staying hydrated (please bring your water bottle), avoiding overexertion, and being aware of potential hazards such as uneven terrain and oncoming traffic. If you feel unwell, please inform your school / department representative whether before or during the activity itself.
All participants should gather at the Student Plaza first for the event kick-off before proceeding to their respective tree-planting sites.
Please check with your school / department representative to request to be included. For safety reasons, please do not turn up unannounced.

Rock & Stroll

Please come in comfortable clothing and covered shoes with good traction.
Certainly not, as you can choose your own adventure! After the flag-off, you can proceed to enjoy the Carnival or go to any Green Station. If you wish, you can do both simultaneously because some of the Green Stations are just a stone’s throw away from the Carnival booths. Please refer to the map at www.np.edu.sg/NP60 (click on the Rock & Stroll tile).
There is no need to follow the sequence based on the station number. You can decide your own order when you walk the Green Campus Trail. To win an exclusive NP60 prize, you just need to take selfies at 5 of the 8 Green Stations in any order, and flash them at the prize collection booth from 4pm to 6.30pm at The Atrium (Blk 1) on the day of the event.
It is estimated that the average person would take up to 1.5 hours to walk the entire trail of 8 Green Stations continuously at a leisurely pace, with some time spent at each station.
No, there is no guided tour available. Please refer to the map at www.np.edu.sg/NP60 (click on the Rock & Stroll tile) to find the locations of the various stations.
No, the flag-off will be moved to The Atrium at Blk 1 in the event of wet weather.
You can visit the following 6 Green Stations as they are in sheltered areas: Blk 1 (Station 1), Blk 22 (Station 2), Blk 34 (Station 3), Blk 51 (Station 5), Blk 56 (Station 8), and Blk 68 (Station 7).
