WITHDRAWAL & DEFERMENT POLICIESPart-Time Diploma & Post Diploma CoursesSubmit your request for course deferment or withdrawal to enquiryCET@np.edu.sg before study week, which is about 8 weeks from the course start date. Your request can only be processed after you have: Cleared all outstanding bills; and
Returned all library books and student card.
You will be considered a student of the Polytechnic and are subjected to the same rules and regulations until the school endorses your withdrawal or deferment request.

Part-Time Diploma | Post-Diploma | Short Courses Non-delivery of course | Course is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances | 100% refund. | Before Course Commencement | Request is made more than 14 calendar days before course commencement | 100% refund. A $50 administrative charge will be deducted. | | Request is made less than 14 calendar days before course commencement with supporting documents for the following reasons: Extended overseas work commitment
Extended medical leave
Severe illness or death of a close family member ; or
Other reasons will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
| The lower of the following: a) 70% refund of paid course fees; or b) paid course fees less $50 administrative charge. | After Course Commencement | Supporting documents for the following reasons must be produced: Extended overseas work commitment

| No refund. However, requests to pay subsidised fees for resuming deferred modules/ courses will be considered on a case-by case basis.

Workforce Skills Qualifications (WSQ) Courses
