You are required to complete 2 post-diploma certificates within a two-year validity period to be awarded the Diploma (conversion) qualification.
Township Administrative Services

Learn the skills and knowledge to manage the day-to-day administrative support operations of town councils, public, resident relationships and grassroots leaders, Town Council financial and accounting services.

Managing of Township Facilities

Equip you with skills and knowledge required to manage, operate and maintain public buildings and projects. Learn to manage workplace safety & Health (WSH) hazards and implement risk assessment.

Entry Requirements

Applicants with any of the following qualifications are invited to apply for the course:

  • Local Polytechnic Diploma and with at least 1-year relevant working experience.

  • State-recognized University Degree in any discipline where the medium of instruction is English and with at least 1-year relevant working experience.


Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)

Applicants who do not meet the entry requirements may be considered for admission to the course based on evidence of at least 5 years of relevant working experience or supporting evidence of competency readiness. Suitable applicants who are shortlisted may have to go through an interview and/or entrance test. The Polytechnic reserves the right to shortlist and admit applicants.
