This course introduces the functions and strategies of social media for the purposes of stakeholder engagement, business expansion and brand-building. Learners will learn how social media shapes the ways business organisation operate, and impacts its business environment and growth. Learners will gain an overview of social media trends and strategies employed by new start-ups and how they accelerate business growths.
This course forms a “stackable” module under the Part-time Diploma in Business Practice (Administration & Management).

Applicants with any of the following qualification are invited to apply for the course:
Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)
Applicants who do not meet the entry requirements may be considered for admission to the course based on evidence of at least 5 years of relevant working experience or supporting evidence of competency readiness. Suitable applicants who are shortlisted may have to go through an interview and/or entrance test. The Polytechnic reserves the right to shortlist and admit applicants.
