This course focuses on basic concepts and principles of web analytics, digital and web campaign types, measurement, optimisation and testing on various social media platforms. Learners will be introduced to data measurement tools, metrics and analytics terminologies. Learners will also create and optimise comprehensive digital marketing plans that incorporate consumer behaviour, trends, site design and brand-building concepts.
This course forms a “stackable” module under the Part-time Diploma in Business Practice (Administration & Management).

Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)
Applicants who do not meet the entry requirements may be considered for admission to the course based on evidence of at least 5 years of relevant working experience or supporting evidence of competency readiness. Suitable applicants who are shortlisted may have to go through an interview and/or entrance test. The Polytechnic reserves the right to shortlist and admit applicants.
