Today, the radio-listening tradition is moving towards podcasting, but many seniors are not aware about its potential and how easy it is to learn the skills to be part of this new digital communication medium. This course is designed to enable participants to:
  • Understand the fundamentals of radio broadcasting
  • Learn basic skills for recording voice using the handphone and for interviewing
  • Introduction to Audacity software to edit audio and produce a podcast

At the end of the course, participants will be able to produce a short podcast of 1-3 minutes, mixing presentation, voice grab and music.
