What You Will Learn
At the end of the course, participants will be able to:
  • Understand the importance of motion control systems in factory automation;
  • Select, commission and maintain a multi-axis motion control system;
  • Gain practical insight in developing, integrating and operating unmanned systems;
  • Describe both wired and wireless communication technologies based on network standards and models; and
  • Appreciate the various image processing techniques used in the industry.

Assessment/ Award

In-class assessments.
A Certificate of Performance will be awarded to participants who achieve at least 75% attendance and pass assessments.
Course Fees

Full course fee: $3210.00​

Course fee is payable upon acceptance. It is inclusive of 7% GST and subject to review.

NOTE: MCF Training Grant is available for eligible participants of this course. All applications must be submitted to MPA at least 30 days before commencement of the course.

  • Minimum 3 relevant GCE 'O' Levels passes in Mathematics, English & Science, OR
  • NITEC or Higher NITEC, OR
  • 2 or 3 years relevant working experience
