Congratulations on your offer of admission and welcome to NP!
Complete the 3 steps below to confirm your place in the course:


You will be informed about the fees payable and payment deadline in our letter of offer. If the fees are not paid by the due date, your admission offer will lapse and appeals are subject to available vacancies. For more details, click here . You may pay your fees via AXS, Cheque, Online, Invoice or SkillsFuture Credits.(AXS not applicable for Short Courses and Workforce Skills Qualifications (WSQ) Courses)

By SkillsFuture Credit

From January 2016, Singapore Citizens aged 25 years old and above may use their SkillsFuture Credit to pay for eligible skills-related courses. Only applicants paying for the course fees (not company sponsored) are eligible to apply. Apply via the SkillsFuture portal 30 days before course commencement. Indicate your student ID (as reflected in your letter of offer) on the receipt, scan and forward it to the Course Administrator as proof of payment. Please keep the receipt for future reference.
There is a daily withdrawal limit of S$2,000 set by the Bank and AXS does NOT allow partial payment of course fee. If your course fee exceeds the daily withdrawal limit, please make payment via other means.

Steps to making payment on AXS

  • Select "Education"
  • Select "Ngee Ann Polytechnic"
  • Choose "New Student (To be enrolled into new academic year)"
  • Enter your student number
  • Check/Tick under "Select to Pay" & key in your Contact Number on the bottom of the page
  • Click "Continue"
  • Click "Pay by DPay"

Please allow up to 4 working days for clearance of payment.

By Cheque

Cheque should be crossed and made payable to "Ngee Ann Polytechnic". Write your name, student ID, course title and contact number on the back of the cheque, and attach a copy of the letter of offer/fee voucher when you mail or drop the cheque at our CET drop-box outside CET office. No receipt will be issued.

Please allow up to 4 working days for clearance of payment.

By Online Payment (For newly enrolled students’ first payment only)

You may make an online payment via Student E-Services portal using credit card, debit card or Internet banking. Refer to the e-offer letter for instructions on enrolment and payment.

Please allow up to 3 working days for processing. You may be requested to submit an online payment receipt to the Course Administration Officer.

By Invoice

For company-sponsored courses, please submit the Company Sponsorship Form to request for an invoice to be sent to your company. Course fee payment can be made with a company cheque or via company GIRO only.

We are unable to issue any invoice if payment is made prior to invoicing your company.

We do not accept cash payment.          


To make sure your place is secured, you need to accept your offer by the deadline. At NP, you accept your offer and complete your course registration, using My Enrolment.

How and where do I accept?

To accept your offer, you need:

  1. A PC with Internet access (Best viewed at 1024 x 768 resolution with Internet Explorer 7+ & Mozilla Firefox 11+)

  2. Your Username and Password, as stated in the ‘Acceptance of Offer of Admission’ letter

  3. Necessary information to provide during course registration

Go to My Enrolment and login with your Username and Password.

When can I accept offer and complete the course registration?

You must accept your offer within your course registration appointment printed on your ‘Acceptance of Offer of Admission’ letter.

To complete your enrolment, submit the forms together with supporting documents that are relevant to you.

You are required to make photocopies and bring along original copies of your academic qualifications for verification if you have not done so. All foreign qualifications must be in notarial translation, except for SPM and STPM certificates.

All documents must be verified by the stipulated course registration deadline stated in the “Acceptance of Offer of Admission” letter. You may bring along your documents for verification at the CET Academy counter.

Non-compliance will result in a delay in your registration for the course and your place may be offered to applicants who are on the wait list.

Compulsory to undergo a medical examination and hepatitis B screening at any of the designated clinics if you are being admitted to the following courses:

· Health Sciences (Nursing)
· Early Childhood Education
Company Sponsorship FormFor company sponsored students, it is compulsory to submit the form to CET Academy.
Credit Authorisation Form To credit payment of students’ claims (e.g. reimbursement, allowances, bursaries etc) to your bank account via inter-bank GIRO.
