What You Will Learn
You are required to complete 2 post-diploma certificates within a two-year validity period to be awarded the Advanced Diploma qualification.
Fundamentals of Early Childhood Leadership

Learn strategies for effective communication that is respectful of diversity and learn how to lead in the design, implementation, mentoring and evaluation of curriculum and assessment methods that meet the needs of children.

Teaching and Learning in the ECCE Setting

Study the factors that impact children’s growth, learning and development and the implications for curriculum planning and pedagogy. Use reflective practices to develop a high level of awareness of teaching and learning approaches.
