Course Description

Real Solution Selling is part of the training programmes under the START REVERSE suite of courses consisting of    Experience STARs Bootcamp,   Introduction to EPIC Leadership​    and Revenue Optimization.

Sometimes it can be really hard to truly understand what the customer is looking for and   where the   needs   meet the possible   solutions   you have to offer, right?

In this training you will explore a way to fully understand the needs, and more importantly the underlying needs, of the customer, while   building and maintaining bonds and trust between the customer and   the participant. The participants will learn how sales and selling has   evolved and the impact this change has on the way in which sales   people engage with customers. In addition the program looks at ways   to stimulate open dialog with the customer to create a tailor made solution    ​based on the shared desired vision.

  • Learn about the sales process and explore   Solution Selling
  • Discover Solution Selling as a philosophy    and learn   how to carry   it   out
  • Transform customers into ambassadors by creating inspiring moments
  • Using context-based selling – getting to the customer's “why” to create the perfect solution
  • Explain the difference between “context-based selling” and the “classic sales procedure”
  • Identify customer's    needs based on the theory of Solution Selling
  • Prepare and demonstrate a sales pitch ​
