What You Will Learn
Participants will be able to set plan baseline, track and monitor project performance using Earned Value Management practices and prepare reports. They will also learn to develop and present their project plan, master the tools for managing schedules and resources effectively. Be able to identify critical paths and manage multiple projects with dependencies, track progress and costs and make real-time adjustments.
