What You Will Learn
At the end of the course, participants will be able to: 
- Know the common foodborne pathogens and their point of entry into the food processing and food service chain 
- Understand how validation and verification processes are conducted in compliance with ISO 22000:2018 Food Safety Management System
- Implement ISO 22000:2018 by conducting gap analysis 
- Conduct in-house microbiological food testing on their own food products
