Ensuring Food Safety with ISO/IEC 17025 & Rapid Microbiological Testing Techniques

At the end of the course, participants will be able to: - Acquire the basic knowledge in microbiological food safety and the standard and rapid methods in food microbiological tests. - Conduct microbiological food testing on their own samples or products. - Develop their own in-house food testing procedures.

Certification of Performance will be awarded to participants who have achieved at least 75% in attendance and pass all required assessment(s).
