you will learn how to bridge the gap between theory and
practice with hands-on and exercises and engineering problem solving.

Learn basic aerodynamics and flight principles and apply these to its characteristics and performance of aircraft. Reinforce aerospace theories and principles with hands-on practice.
Develop basic skills in solving DC and AC networks by using Ohm’s Law and Kirchhoff’s Law. Explore operations of the electrical and aviation electronic (i.e. avionics) systems used in the aerospace industry.
Understand aerospace design process and learn to apply quality management principles onto aerospace maintenance, repair and overhaul, or any manufacturing facilities.
Get the know-how on all the crucial parts of the aircraft power plant works and the analysis of any propulsion systems.
Get equipped with the knowledge and skills to analyze aircraft vital systems, namely airframe and structures, fluid power and aero-mechanical systems.
Applicants with any of the following qualification are invited to apply for the course:
Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)
Applicants who do not meet the entry requirements may be considered for admission to the course based on evidence of at least 5 years of relevant working experience or supporting evidence of competency readiness. Suitable applicants who are shortlisted may have to go through an interview and/or entrance test. The Polytechnic reserves the right to shortlist and admit applicants.
