This 60-hour certification programme will provide the participants with a solid grounding in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection Building Information Modelling (BIM) using Autodesk’s Revit. This programme will encompass the basics of all Building Mechanical and Electrical Systems and BIM’s functionality.

  • BIM tools interface and authoring skills
  • Use BIM to design mechanical, electrical, plumbing, water and fire services in buildings
  • Use BIM to coordinate building services, and to integrate with  structural and architectural design
  • Familiarization with BIM e-submission templates

In-class assessments.
A Certificate of Performance will be awarded to participants who achieve at least 75% attendance and pass all required assessment(s).

A Certificate of Participation will be awarded to participants who meet the 75% attendance requirement but did not pass all required assessment(s).

Entry Requirements

  • Applicants should preferably have a NITEC/Higher NITEC certificate, diploma or degree in Engineering or Facilities Management and knowledge of AutoCad or other drafting tools to prepare Mechanical or Electrical drafting.
