The online course is composed of video lectures taught by the Senior Lecturers, readings that complement the topics addressed in the lectures, and video interviews from Industry experts to illustrate specific points raised by the lecturers. This course is self-paced and can be completed anytime before the end of the course duration.

Completion of all the modules and Assessment Quizzes leads to a Certificate of Completion of “Around FinTech in 8 Hours”. Participants can also benefit from online discussion forums, where they can share, comment and exchange ideas on discussed topics.

The course duration is estimated to be between 8 - 10 hours.

This programme has been accredited under the IBF Standards, and is eligible for funding under the IBF Standards Training Scheme (IBF-STS), subject to all eligibility criteria being met. 

Candidates are advised to assess the suitability of the programme and its relevance to participants’ business activities or job roles. 

IBF-STS provides up to 90% funding for direct training costs subject to a cap of S$7,000 per candidate per programme subject to all eligibility criteria being met.

Candidates seeking IBF-STS funding must successfully complete all components of the course, and pass all the required assessments. There will be no subsidy granted for candidates who do not complete the course and/or pass the required assessments.

Reimbursement of claimable subsidies under IBF-STS is through PayNow via NRIC only. Candidates seeking IBF funding are required to register for PayNow with their NRIC, in order to receive the reimbursements successfully.
