Beyond Social Services​

Beyond Social Services started out as the Bukit Ho Swee Community Service Project more than 50 years ago. It has grown and morphed significantly since and is currently a community development agency dedicated to helping children and youths from less privileged backgrounds break away from the poverty cycle. The organization’s current reach extends to 64 rental housing blocks spread out over 20 neighbourhoods, involving 2,563 families and a total of 8,911 persons.  In 2020, its COVID-19 recovery assistance reached 13,385 persons from 3,631 families​  Find out more at  ​https://www.beyond.org.sg/

Bizlink Centre Singapore

  Serving the disabled community since 1986, this non-profit organization offers programmes to empower disabled individuals with a variety of soft skills and on-the-job training. Participants are thus able to maximize their potential and seek greater employment opportunities.  Bold At Work 

Set up in 2017, Bold aims to equip people and organisations with the tools and mindsets to define what good work means to them. It also houses an innovation studio lab in Jurong for social transformation, testing and bringing ideas to life in a community-based setting. Changi General Hospital

​City Sprouts

Founded in 2019, City Sprouts is a social enterprise built on the philosophy or urban rejuvenation and social empowerment. Their vision is to inspire communities through sprouting green spaces and programmes. Sprout Hub is their first space located at 102, Henderson Road, at the heart of Redhill. Clementi Town Shop-Owners' Association

The Clementi Town Shop Owners Association, a member of The Federation of Merchants' Association, Singapore, connects shop owners in the Clementi area to give shoppers a varied and exciting shopping experience. Ergo: Travel

Founded in 2009 by Mr Huang E.C., an incurable Italophile who decided to become a travel consultant after spending 9 years living in Venice and another 8 working in a Singapore Statutory Board. The company provides customised travel solutions for Italy, catering to English-speaking clients from Singapore, Southeast Asia, and around the world. In light of limited tourism activity arising from current Covid-19 restrictions, he is currently collaborating with the APICS Italian Cultural Centre in Singapore, conducting online seminars focusing on the history, geography, urban development and social culture of various Italian cities. Lions Befrienders Service Association​​

The Lions Befrienders Service Association started as a ‘Lions District Project’ in 1995, with the aim of befriending and caring for lonely and socially isolated seniors in Singapore. Red Cross

The Singapore Red Cross is a homegrown humanitarian organisation, dedicated to relieving human suffering, protecting lives and dignity, and responding to emergencies since 1949. Upcircle is an environmental startup that focuses on enabling consumers and communities to participate in the circular economy. They have launched a community crowdsourcing mobile application that connects people with unneeded items with others who need them for repurposing, upcycling or recycling. ​The Plastic Project educates and recycles plastic waste from beach cleanups and households into reusable goods. Thus far, they have transformed discarded plastics into coasters, earrings, carabiners, and bespoke goods, such as corporate medals and plaques, and are now experimenting with making furniture out of 100% recycled plastics. They facilitate product-making workshops, webinars, and beach clean-ups, in which the collected plastics are made into goods to advocate for a circular economy.
