Graduands who are unable to attend
Graduands who are unable to attend the graduation ceremony may receive your diploma certificate and academic transcript within the following period:

Delivery Period (by mail): From 1 to 30 June 2022

Collection Period (in-person collection): From 1 July to 29 December 2022 (Mondays to Fridays, from 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.)

Collection Venue (from July onwards): Student Services & Visitors Centre (SSVC) Blk 1, Level 1.
Important: Please fill up this
form to indicate your choice of obtaining your certificate.
Option 1 – Delivery (by mail) in the month of
June 2022
Option 2 – Collection at Student Services & Visitors Centre (SSVC) from
July till December 2022
- You would need to produce your student card or other documentary proof i.e. NRIC or passport for collection.
- You are encouraged to collect your documents in person. However, if you are unable to do so, you may arrange for collection by proxy. Your representative must bring along a copy of your student card/NRIC, his/her NRIC together with an authorisation note signed by you. The Polytechnic WILL NOT be liable for damage to or loss of any diploma certificate and academic transcript collected by proxy.
- Please check your documents to ensure that your details e.g. name, course etc. are printed correctly. Any printing error must be reported immediately to the Academic Affairs & Planning Office (Examination Section).
Graduands who are unable to attend (Medallists)
Medallists who are unable to attend the graduation ceremony can collect your diploma certificate and academic transcript within the following period:
- Collection Period: From 1 June to 29 December 2022 (Mondays to Fridays, from 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.)
- Collection Venue: Academic Affairs & Planning Office (Blk 1, Level 7)
- *Please look for Ms Latifah Bte Sarman
Important: Please write in to
graduation@np.edu.sg to schedule an appointment for the collection of your Diploma Certificate(s) and Transcript(s) before heading down to campus. Only graduates with a valid confirmation will be allowed entry into campus for this purpose.
