Collection of Certificates for Graduands Unable to Attend

Graduands who are unable to attend

  • Graduands who are unable to attend the graduation ceremony can collect your diploma certificate and academic transcript within the following period:

    Collection Period: From 22 May to 30 December 2019 (Mondays to Fridays, from 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.)
    Collection Venue: Student Services & Visitors Centre (SSVC) Blk 1, Level 1.

  • You would need to produce your student card or other documentary proof i.e. NRIC or passport for collection.
  • You are encouraged to collect your documents in person. However, if you are unable to do so, you may arrange for collection by proxy. Your representative must bring along a copy of your student card/NRIC, his/her NRIC together with an authorisation note signed by you. The Polytechnic WILL NOT be liable for damage to or loss of any diploma certificate and academic transcript collected by proxy.
  • Please check your documents to ensure that your details e.g. name, course etc. are printed correctly. Any printing error must be reported immediately to the Academic Affairs Office (Examination Section).

Graduands who are unable to attend (Medallists)

  • Medallists who are unable to attend the graduation ceremony can collect your diploma certificate and academic transcript within the following period:

    Collection Period: From 22 May to 30 December 2019 (Mondays to Fridays, from 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.)
    Collection Venue: Academic Affairs Office (Blk 1, Level 7)
    *Please look for Ms Latifah Bte Sarman

  • You would need to produce your student card or other documentary proof i.e. NRIC or passport for collection.
  • You are encouraged to collect your documents in person. However, if you are unable to do so, you may arrange for collection by proxy. Your representative must bring along a copy of your student card/NRIC, his/her NRIC together with an authorisation note signed by you. The Polytechnic WILL NOT be liable for damage to or loss for any diploma certificate and academic transcript collected by proxy.
