As part of the enrolment process, you are required to upload a photograph that will be used to produce your Student Card through
My Enrolment. The photograph will be used to process your NP Student Card and Tertiary Student EZ- Link card (if you are applying for one).
Please note that there may be a delay in the processing of your Student Card and
Tertiary Student EZ- Link Card if the photo is not duly uploaded.
Before you upload, you need a digital photograph that meets the following guidelines:

Log in to
My Enrolment with your User ID and Password, as stated in the ‘Acceptance of offer’ letter.
Go to Photo Upload
Click Browse for Photo to select the photo that you wish to upload and click Upload to preview the photo.
To Upload and preview another photo, Click Delete Photo, then Browse for Photo.
Once you are satisfied with the scanned image of your photograph, verify the name to be printed on the Student Card and click 'Save' to end the session. Please note that no changes to the photograph can be made after submission.
Note: If you photo submitted does not meet the guidelines, you will be notified via your NP Connect email to re-upload the photo.
You must upload your photograph by the course registration deadline stated in your 'Acceptance of offer' letter.
