Undergo colour vision test or medical examination
To ensure that you are deemed suitable for the course, as part of the enrolment process, you are required to undergo either of the tests if you are enrolling in the following courses:

Where and when do I undergo the test?
You will receive an email with instructions if the course you are offered requires you to pass a Colour Vision Test.
(Please note that the Colour Vision Tests conducted by Ngee Ann Polytechnic are FREE.)
What do I require to bring for the test?
If you have your Colour Vision Test conducted by Ngee Ann Polytechnic, refer to the details in the email.
If you have your Colour Vision Test conducted by a private clinic, your own family doctor or any SATA clinic, download the
Pre-Admission Colour Vision Test Form, have it completed and endorsed by the doctor, and send the completed form back to Ngee Ann Polytechnic (Academic Affairs & Planning Office/ Admissions), 535 Clementi Road, Singapore 599489.

You must bring along your Health Booklet (for local students) and the relevant medical form:

Where and when do I undergo the test?
Follow the instructions on your Medical Form on which clinic to visit for your Medical Check as well as mode of submission of completed Medical Form.
Students enrolling in Early Childhood Development & Education / Tamil Studies with Early Education
You may visit a private clinic, your family doctor or any SATA clinic.
Once you have received the completed Medical Form from your doctor, you would need to submit it to Ngee Ann Polytechnic (NP) via the WHITE Reply Envelope enclosed in the Enrolment Package.
Students enrolling in Nursing
You are encouraged to visit the List of Raffles Medical Clinics in Annex A of your Nursing Pre-Admission Medical Examination Form. Please refer to the
Raffles Clinic User Guide on the appointment booking process.
You do
not need to submit the completed medical form to Ngee Ann Polytechnic (NP) as the clinic will provide the School of Health Sciences with the scanned version of your results.
