Learn foundational knowledge of managing hospitality operations such as the front office, housekeeping and food & beverage as well as the management of mechanical and electrical facilities. You will also learn business management skills to manage the financial and legal matters.​​

Entry Requirements


To be eligible for consideration, candidates must have the following GCE ‘O’ Level examination (or equivalent) results.

  • Subject‘O’ LEVEL GRADE
  • English Language*1 - 7
  • Mathematics (Elementary/Additional)1 - 6
  • Science (with Physics, Chemistry or Biology component)
    or Biotechnology
    or Computing/​Computer Studies
    or Design & Technology
    or Design Studies
    or Electronics/Fundamentals of Electronics​
    1 - 6

You must also fulfil the aggregate computation requirements.

*Candidates with English as a second language (EL2) must have attained a minimum grade of 6.

Candidates with hearing deficiency should not apply for the course.

Candidates who have completed the Higher NITEC in Facility Management and issued with the Fire Safety Manager Certificate will be exempted from the Fire Safety Management module in this diploma.
