The Technology Liaison Office (TLO) facilitates the creation, protection and exploitation of intellectual property (IP) and forms strategic links between Ngee Ann Polytechnic (NP) researchers, industries and R&D communities.

TLO manages the sourcing, applications and reporting of research and development grants.

TLO acts as a primary line of communication between researchers, investors, companies, funding agencies, and the NP research community, TLO serves as a first point of contact for all research and development activities in the Polytechnic.
