Learning at NP is a learner-centered experience in which each student is developed and empowered to be a partner in shaping his or her own learning journey.

In essence, learner-centered learning (LcL) at NP is firmly focused on the learner, on what our learners need, and how to scaffold their diploma experience so that they are increasingly involved in and engaged with their own learning and development as a learner, a professional, and adult.

Our curriculum design, delivery and assessment must ensure that

Our learners are actively engaged in the process of learning and knowledge construction, integration and transfer through exploring, collaborating, doing, reflecting and communicating.
Our graduates are comfortable learning through a wide variety of approaches and strategies such as seminars, lectures & tutorials, simulations, blended learning, problem- and project-based learning, field-work, laboratory-work, onsite learning, etc.
Our graduates are flexible, self-directed learners, effective, e-competent professionals, responsible, thinking adults.
