Academic Leadership Development

TLC offers training programmes tailored to the particular needs of staff in academic leadership and course management positions. Examples of key areas of focus here are curriculum planning and mapping, futures thinking, and planning and leading change.

TLC holds regular collaboration and consultation with all NP Schools in areas that include planning and leading LcL, and leveraging on Technology across the curriculum.
TLC also collaborate with our iMedia Centre and the NP Schools to develop courseware that are purposely fit into the learning design of the recipient modules.

  • Applied/Action Research

Staff participating in these projects will develop a deeper understanding of educational issues through an exploration and analysis of authentic teaching and learning issues, literature, and data.
The outcome of these projects will be presented at appropriate teaching and learning conferences and seminars.
