The way poly students learn
At the heart of a poly education is applying what is learnt in classrooms to real-world situations. Hence, NP students are exposed to a variety of applied and experiential learning approaches that are aided by technology. In addition to lectures, tutorials and workshops, students are exposed to industry-based projects and workplace internships ranging from six weeks to a year.

Students get to enjoy hands-on learning in state-of-the-art facilities that include multimedia, animation and broadcast studios as well as research laboratories and technology centres.

Giving our students that something xtra
At NP, every student gets the chance to go on at least one overseas stint during their three years here. The overseas exposure could come in various forms such as internship, immersion and exchange programmes or community service trips.
Students are also encouraged to look beyond their field of study with an array of interdisciplinary modules to choose from. Accounting for 15 to 20 per cent of their curriculum hours, these modules cover the major areas of Arts & Humanities, Business, Design and Science & Technology.
