Self-Assessments
If you are in doubt that some of your behaviours are affecting your quality of life, you may wish to take some basic self-assessments. All self-assessments are confidential, easy-to-take and they provide only a preliminary indication of the likelihood of any habits, attitudes or symptoms that might indicate the presence of certain conditions as stated below.
Please note that the assessment is a preliminary indication, you may seek professional intervention for confirmation of the assessment after the exercise.
You can make an appointment to see our counsellor or refer to our helplines for external help.
Alcohol/Drinking Problem
A normal social behaviour, taking alcohol or drinking may affect your life if it gets out of control. CAGE is an internationally used assessment instrument for identifying problems with alcohol. 'CAGE' is an acronym formed from the italicised letters in the questionnaire (cut-annoyed-guilty-eye).
