Donor: Public Utilities Board (PUB)
PUB is a statutory board under the Ministry of the Environment and Water Resources. It is the water agency that manages Singapore's water supply, water catchment and sewerage in an integrated way. PUB was named Water Agency of the Year at the Global Water Award 2006.
PUB played an active role in helping to develop the curriculum in the newly launched Diploma in Environment & Water Technology. Partnering with Ngee Ann Polytechnic has allowed PUB to offer its expertise through an establised education institution. PUB will also offer its facilities to the students for practical experience through on-the-job training. More information on PUB can be found at its website:

Eligibility |
- Freshmen from Diploma in Environmental & Water Technology students
- Good ‘O’ Level results
- Good CCA achievements
- Good character and conduct
- Passion to work in the environment and water industry

Scholarship Awards and Conditions |
- Award value of up to $9,300 covering:
- Annual tuition fees payable by Singapore Citizen
- One-time notebook allowance of $1,500
- Annual book allowance of $400 - Option to enrol in The Christieara Programme (TCP)
- Tenable for 3 years, renewal yearly subject to fulfilment of criteria i.e consistent good academic performance, CCA achievements and/or donor’s decision
- Liquidated damages will apply if student withdraw from course
- Bond Free
