Ngee Ann Polytechnic Scholarship

The Ngee Ann Polytechnic Scholarship is the premier freshmen scholarship provided to recognise freshmen in the non-engineering courses with excellent ‘O’ Level results and are high achievers in their co-curricular activities and strong leadership potential.

The recipients will have the opportunity to participate in The Christieara Programme (TCP). This specially tailored three-year programme is aimed not only at developing students’ leadership qualities and expanding their intellectual horizons but will also put them in good stead when it comes to applying for local & overseas university scholarships.

Recipients will also have the opportunity to apply for the coveted Overseas Merit Fellowship/Asia Merit Award at end of second year.

  • Freshmen in the non-engineering courses
  • Singapore Citizen and Singapore Permanent Resident students only
  • Excellent 'O’ Level results
  • Excellent CCA achievements
  • Strong leadership qualities and potential

Scholarship Awards and Conditions  

  • Approximately $9,300 for freshmen recipients covering :

    - Annual tuition fees payable by Singapore Citizen students 
    - Annual book allowance of $400
    - One time notebook allowance of $1,200

  • Option to enrol in  The Christieara Programme (TCP)
  • Opportunity to apply for the coveted Overseas Merit Fellowship/Asia Merit Award in second year 
  • Tenable over course of study subject to fulfilment of renewal criteria
  • Bond free
