Eligibility

• Freshmen from Diploma in CPEE students
• Good GCE ‘O’ level results
• Good CCA achievements
• Good character and conduct
• Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident
• Passion to work as Learning Support Educators 
• Interested to purse the Early intervention Special Needs option in final year of study
• Applicants should not be in receipt of any other scholarship, bursary or grant from any organisation for the current academic year

Scholarship Awards and Conditions      

• Award value of up to $20,000 covering:
  - Annual tuition fees payable by Singapore Citizen students    and miscellaneous fee
  - One-time notebook allowance 
  - Monthly allowance of $300
• Option to enrol in The Christieara Programme (TCP)
• Tenable for 3 years, yearly renewal subject to fulfilment of criteria i.e consistent good academic, CCA achievements and/or donor’s decision
• Internship and practice at Lien Foundation's recommended list of centres (eg. YWCA, PPIS-YMCA, PCF, KKH CDU) or charities-run childcare centres during 3 years of study
• Bond to work as Learning Support Educators in Lien Foundation's recommended list of centres (eg. YWCA, PPIS-YMCA, PCF, KKH CDU) or charities-run childcare centres for 2 years after graduation
• Liquidated damages will apply if student withdraw from course or does not complete the required bond
