   The Student Services Office supports student welfare and provides student-friendly conveniences. The services available include application for scholarship and financial assistance, counselling, career services, and other general services like lost & found, rental of lockers etc. The Student Services Office is located at Blk 4 #01-07.
International Student Services
The Student Services Office also provides a wide range of services for international students at Ngee Ann Polytechnic. Its aim is to help international students adjust to life in Singapore and achieve their educational goals. Services include assistance with immigration matters, accommodation, tuition grant and hospitalisation insurance. Programmes, talks and workshops for international students are also conducted. Enquiries on international student matters can be made at the Student Services Centre (SSC) at Blk 1 Atrium.

Financial Assistance Scheme
Ngee Ann Polytechnic has several financial assistance schemes to help our deserving students with the payment of their fees and polytechnic expenses so as not to deny them of a chance to attain tertiary education.

Student Counselling

Managing your academic commitments at the polytechnic and your personal life can be challenging. If you need a helping hand or just need to talk to someone, the counsellors at the Student Services Office are always ready to offer you a listening ear.

Students who face financial difficulties can also approach the counsellors for help in financial aid applications. In addition to providing counselling services, the counsellors also organise study skills and career workshops that will help you in your studies as well as prepare you for the working world. Alternatively you can also have your questions answered by email – just drop your questions at the Counselling Open Bin, and the Counsellors will give you a reply within 3 working days.

Accidents / Medical Emergency

In cases of serious injury (where medical attention at a hospital is required and cannot be treated at the scene), call for the ambulance immediately at Tel: 995. For minor injury (medical condition that can be successfully treated by a First Aid trained person), seek assistance from the nearest staff office or contact the Student Services Office at 6460 6333 or 6460 8444. For both serious and minor injuries, Student Services Office should also be informed.

Rental of Lockers

Lockers of various sizes are available for rental. They are located conveniently at various locations on campus.

The SSC, located at Block 1 Atrium, is a one-stop service centre for students with a wide range of services to meet their needs.

Operating Hours:
Mondays to Thursdays - 8.30am to 6.00pm
Fridays - 8.30am to 5.30pm
Saturdays, Sundays & Public Holidays - Closed
