 Student Services Centre 

  Located at the Atrium, SSC is a one-stop service centre for students' administrative needs and general enquiries. Self-service workstations are available for students to login to access to NP's various online services. For example, students can view their academic records and personal particulars, book campus facilities and obtain bursary application forms here. Our friendly staff will also be there to assist students in: 
 
  • Lost & Found
  • Locker Rental Service
  • Blazer Loan Service
  • International Student Services
  • Student Fees (Fee Payable and Receipt Summary)
  • GIRO Status (Application and Deduction)
  • Student Payment Status (Bank Account & Details)
  • Change in Personal Particulars (Update your address, telephone no. etc)
  • Student Evaluation On Teaching
  • Replacement of Results Slips/Transcripts ($3/$10 fee)
  • Replacement of Diplomas (Produce a Copy of NRIC and $20 fee)
  • Collection of Diplomas (for both full time and part time graduates who did not collect their diploma during graduation)
  • Withdrawal from Course (Interview by Department needed)
  • Examination Results Review (Fee: $25 per module. Fee subject to change)
  • Letter of Appeal (Dismissal & Transfer of course) - Student to submit to Department offices
  • Endorsements of Certificates of Past graduates (eg. GCE ‘O’, ‘A’, Dip, Degree)
  • Games and Competition Registration
  • Sports Facilities Booking
  • CDC/CCC Polytechnic Bursary Applications
  • Replacement of Student Cards ($20/25/30 fee for 1st, 2nd & 3rd time replacement)

      Students can also print the following documents at the SSC:

      • Confirmation of Student Status Letter (Including NS / Deferment or Immigration only)
      • Individual Semestral Timetable
      • NS In-Camp Training Letter (Only for students who have completed their National Service)
      • Examination Results
      • Examination Notices
      • Exams Regulations
      • Supplementary Exams Results
      • Examination Timetable

      Students (Full-time & Part-time) who forgot their NPNet Password can obtain new password from the SSC. The new password will be activated 30 minutes later from the time of receipt. If students encounter any password problems, they can approach the nearest Helpdesk Centre for assistance.
