Blazers are available for loan to students who represent Ngee Ann Polytechnic at official events and functions, both locally and overseas. As these blazers have to be properly accounted for and maintained for use by different groups of students, the following procedures have to be followed:

• All requests for blazer loans must be authorized and made through the school/division/office. Staff-in-charge of the event shall send an email request to lpk@np.edu.sg and attach the downloadable form below at least one week before the event. The form may also be faxed to Student Services Centre (SSC) at 6462-5010. Only students whose names are on the authorized list will be issued with blazers. Students are required to produce their student cards and to collect the blazers personally (no proxies allowed) from SSC. Walk-in students without authorization from schools/divisions will not be allowed to loan. Students who have borrowed blazers are to return them to SSC not later than three (3) days after the event is concluded.

		When you put on the NP blazer, you are an ambassador for Ngee Ann.  Be at your best behaviour - remember, people are watching you. Remove the blazer only on the advice of the organizer. The blazer must be worn with a white shirt or blouse, black pants or skirt, and black shoes. Do not wear the NP blazer with jeans or other coloured pants/skirt. Male students must wear an NP tie with the blazer
		The NP blazer must be worn with 3 buttons done up at all times, except when sitting down.
