You could register your notebook and download software via Internet at home or book an appointment for software download in NP. 

If you have Internet connection at home and would like to install software from home, please click on Download link.
 
If you require assistance, you are encouraged to book an appointment to minimize wait time. To book an appointment, click on Appointment link.

The team will continue to assist you at Blk 56 #02-06 from now till 2 May

After 2 May, you may visit IT Helpdesk at Blk 27#01-01 for assistance without prior appointment.

Q: Can I install software on another notebook?
A:
Each student can register and install software on ONE notebook only.
Q: While registering my notebook, I encountered the error "Login failed. Please check your entries and retry. Write to Dora.ITCare@np.edu.sg if you need help", what should I do?

Please ensure that your enrolment is completed at least one working day before registering your notebook. For assistance, please write to Dora.ITcare@np.edu.sg, providing your student number and contact details.
Q: While registering my notebook, I encountered "User record not found in notebook registry" error, what should I do?

Q: How do I access my NP Connect Mail ?
A:
The url for the NP Connect Mail is http://outlook.com/connect.np.edu.sg. The password is the same as the password for enrolment. For more information, you may refer to Connect Email Guide
