Ever been charmed by a musical fountain and want to uncover the magic behind it?  Come join our workshop and have the opportunity to program a fountain.  Students will be taught how to use a PLC (commonly used in the automation world) to generate and control lighting patterns and dance sequences.

This workshop is specially designed to provide secondary school students with some interesting knowledge and hands-on experience to program Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) to generate and control various lighting patterns and dance sequences.  At the end of this workshop, participants will have a whooping great time programming the fountain and watching it mesmerize the audience with its captivating dance sequence. 

Each school may send in more than one team, subject to availability of workshop places. 

Each team shall comprise four members (maximum).  Each team shall be provided with one set of necessary materials and tools.  All participating teams shall compete in the race held on the second day and the top three teams walked away with trophies and cash vouchers.
